    2. General Public Comment

      This item is to allow members of the public an opportunity to comment generally on matters within the Committee’s purview but not on today’s agenda.

    3. Approval of the Consent Agenda (Action Item)

      All matters listed hereunder constitute a Consent Calendar, are considered to be routine action items by the Committee on Information Technology, and may be acted upon by a single roll call vote of the Committee. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Committee, the public, or staff so requests, in which event the matter shall be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered as a separate item at this or a future hearing.

        1. Resolution Making Findings to Allow Teleconferenced Meetings under California Government Code Section 54953(e)
        1. Approval of Meeting Minutes from January 19, 2023
    4. Surveillance Technology Policy - Airport - RFID-Toll Readers - Electronic Toll Readers - (Action Item)

      Section 19B of the City & County of San Francisco’s Administrative Code requires all departments with surveillance technologies to develop a Surveillance Impact Report and Surveillance Technology Policy for their ongoing authorized use. Each Surveillance Technology Policy must be approved by COIT before they are reviewed by the Board of Supervisors.

       

      The Airport will present their Electronic Toll Reader Surveillance Technology Policy and Surveillance Impact Report for review.

    5. Surveillance Technology Policy - Animal Care & Control - Security Cameras - Security Cameras with CCTV software - (Action Item)

      Animal Care & Control will present their Security Cameras with CCTV Software Surveillance Technology Policy and Surveillance Impact Report for review.

    6. City Disaster Preparedness, Response, Recovery, and Resilience (DPR3) Policy: Citywide Technology Resilience Standard (Action Item)

      The Office of Cybersecurity will present their Citywide Technology Resilience Standard for review.

    7. Review and Approve the 5-Year ICT Plan for FY 2024-28 (Action Item)

      Section 22A.6 of the City’s Administrative Code requires COIT to submit a 5-year technology plan to the Board of Supervisors by March 1 of each odd numbered year. The Committee will review the ICT Plan for final approval before submission to the Board of Supervisors. COIT Director Jillian Johnson will present the ICT Plan for Fiscal Years 2023-24 through FY 2027-28.

    8. Review FY 2023-24 & FY 2024-25 COIT Application Submissions

      COIT Director Jillian Johnson will present a summary of the project submissions received for the FY 2023-24 & FY 2024-25 budget cycle.

    San Francisco Administrative Code §67.9(a)   Agendas of meetings and any other documents on file with the clerk of the policy body, when intended for distribution to all, or a majority of all, of the members of a policy body in connection with a matter anticipated for discussion or consideration at a public meeting shall be made available to the public. To the extent possible, such documents shall also be made available through the policy body's Internet site. However, this disclosure need not include any material exempt from public disclosure under this ordinance.
