      - Weekly crime trends and public safety concerns to include brief summary of narcotic enforcement operations (Provide an overview of offenses, incidents, or events occurring in San Francisco having an impact on public safety. Commission discussion on unplanned events and activities the Chief describes will be limited to    determining whether to calendar for a future meeting.)

      - Provide a brief overview of information related to sustained DPA and IAD cases pending a Chief’s hearing as requested by the Commission.

    6. DPA Director’s Report (DISCUSSION)

      - Report on recent DPA activities, and announcements (DPA's report will be limited to a brief description of DPA activities and announcements. Commission discussion will be limited to determining whether to calendar any of the issues raised for a future Commission meeting.)

    8. Discussion on C.A.R.T. ‘s (Compassionate Alternative Response Team) proposal of reducing police as primary responders to homeless calls for service (DISCUSSION)
    9. Discussion and possible action to adopt a resolution urging the Board of Supervisors to retroactively authorize the Chief of Police to accept and expend an in-kind gift of 900 units of Naloxone valued at $48,750 (DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION)

      Through the Naloxone Distribution Project (NDP), which is funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration and administered by the Department of Health Care Services. Naloxone from this project will be used to help combat opioid overdose-related deaths.

    10. Discussion and possible action to approve Labor Relations Resolution that will provide labor negotiation instructions for the Department to use in meet & confer with the effected bargaining units on DGOs (DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION)
