    1. Call to Order

      Remarks by President Shokooh Miry.

    2. Consideration of Policy Regarding Remote Public Comment

      The Commission will discuss and possibly adopt a policy to allow members of the public to provide remote public comment on agenda items at future Commission meetings.

      Action: To adopt a resolution to allow members of the public to provide remote public comment on agenda items at future Commission meetings.

    3. Approval of Minutes - March 22, 2023

      The Commission will review and possibly approve minutes from the regular Commission meeting on March 22, 2023.

    4. Director's Report

      Director Kimberly Ellis may discuss:

    5. New Business

      A. Competitive Solicitation Requirement Waiver Requests to Indigenous Justice 

      The Commission will discuss and possibly adopt a resolution approving waiver of the competitive solicitation requirement for a Health and Safety grant to Indigenous Justice under Chapter 21G of the Administrative Code.



      Explanatory Documents: (1) Resolution Approving the Sole Source Grant Award to Indigenous Justice, and (2) P-21G.8 Grant Solicitation Waiver Form to Indigenous Justice.

       

    6. New Business

      B. Presentation on 2022 Female Representation in City Property  

      Department staff will present the findings of the 2022 Representation in City Property Report, which examines the representation of women in San Francisco’s public art, streets, buildings, and parks.

    7. General Public Comment

      This item allows members of the public to address the Commission on matters that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Commission and that do not appear on the agenda, as well as to suggest new agenda items for future meetings.
