Approval of the Meeting Minutes from February 16, 2023 (Action Item)

Review Surveillance Technology Policy for Municipal Transportation Agency’s Camera: Driver Safety Video Analytics (Action Item)

Section 19B of the City & County of San Francisco’s Administrative Code requires all departments with surveillance technologies to develop a Surveillance Impact Report and Surveillance Technology Policy for their ongoing authorized use. Each Surveillance Technology Policy must be approved by COIT before it is reviewed by the Board of Supervisors. 

The Municipal Transportation Agency will present their Driver Safety Video Analytics Surveillance Technology Policy and Surveillance Impact Report for review.

Review Surveillance Technology Policy for Department of Elections’ Social Media Monitoring Technology (Action Item)

The Department of Elections will present their Social Media Monitoring Surveillance Technology Policy and Surveillance Impact Report for review.

Approve FY 2023-24 & FY 2024-25 Budget Recommendations (Action Item)

The Committee will review and act on the COIT Budget & Performance Subcommittee budget recommendations for IT projects submitted for approval for the FY 2023-25 budget cycle. COIT Director Jillian Johnson will present on behalf of the COIT Budget & Performance Subcommittee.

Discuss Digital Accessibility Inclusion Standard Compliance and Next Steps for Implementation (Discussion Item)

COIT Director Jillian Johnson will provide an update to the Committee on progress City Departments have made in complying with the Digital Accessibility and Inclusion Standard.
