Transitional age youth clinic

The Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Clinic provides mental health and substance use care for young adults (ages 17 to 25*) who have Medi-Cal or are uninsured.  

Services include:  

• Access and navigation support for TAY and their supporting persons  
• Assessments 
• Crisis services  
• Individual and group therapy 
• Peer support 
• Case management (assessing needs, coordinating care, and connecting to other services)  
• Medication support and treatment 
• Wellness activities

Drop-in Hours 

A safe space to rest and recover, get snacks, pick up supplies (clothing, hygiene products, laundry detergent, etc.), participate in wellness group activities, and access computers (when available). 

Mon-Fri 9 am-4:30 pm (for existing clients)

Culturally Congruent Care for Black/African Americans 
Culturally inclusive mental health and substance use services provided by Black/African American behavioral health professionals for Black/African American clients. 

Mobile Outreach 
Performs outreach visits in the community (including shelters and clients’ homes) as well as crisis intervention, therapy, and care coordination services to people with serious mental health disorders.  
 

Dialectal Behavioral Therapy-informed Practice 

Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skill development groups offered to support coping strategies in addressing behavioral health needs. 
 

Our team speaks English and Spanish. Other languages are available via an interpreter service.
