Swords to Plowshares Veterans Access Point

At this Access Point, we help veterans over the age of 18 (without minor children) find homelessness services, housing assistance, and resources.

Access points are locations where Service Providers connect you to housing services and resources. 

Services offered:

  • Housing eligibility determination and help
  • Move-in help
  • Relocation assistance
  • Help with obtaining a California-issued Identification
  • Help with obtaining a Social Security Card
  • Information about community resources

  • If you can't make it to the Access Point, our Street Outreach team can meet you wherever you are.
