At this Access Point, we help justice-involved adults over the age of 18 (without minor children) find homelessness services, housing assistance, and resources.

Access points are locations where Service Providers connect you to housing services and resources. 

Services offered:

  • Housing eligibility determination and help
  • Move-in help
  • Relocation help
  • Help with obtaining a California-issued Identification
  • Help with obtaining a Social Security Card
  • Information about community resources
