Richard H. Fine People’s Clinic (RFPC), formally known as GMC or the General Medicine Clinic, provides comprehensive, high-quality primary care services to patients who are 18 years of age or older. Our medical providers are Nurse Practitioners, Internal Medicine Residents in training, and UCSF faculty.
Appointments at the Richard H. Fine People’s Clinic (RFPC) are available Monday through Friday, and there are appointments during the evening four days a week.
We offer a broad range of services including:

The 1M Richard H. Fine People’s Clinic is located in the main hospital (Building 5) Outpatient Clinic Lobby. If you have Medicare or Medi-Cal insurance, please check- in directly at the health clinic. Otherwise, please check-in first with Registration in the lobby. The Registration line has a blue rug.
