Mission Mental Health serves individuals over the age of 18 and has multiple specialized programs. We serve individuals with low incomes, who are uninsured or have/qualify for Medicare, MediCal, or San Francisco Health Plan.
Services include:
- Assessments and evaluations
- Crisis services
- Individual and group therapy
- Case management (assessing needs, coordinating care, and connecting to other services)
- Medication support and treatment
- Wellness activities

Alternatives Intensive Case Management (ICM) Program:
The African American Alternatives Intensive Case Management (AAAICM) offers culturally congruent care for Black/African American clients suffering from diverse medical, psychiatric, substance, and psychosocial challenges. The goal is to stabilize mental health symptoms and enhance overall well-being and community connections.
Mission ICM:
Mission ICM is an Intensive Case Management program (Full Service Partnership) that specializes in working with individuals who have multiple medical, psychiatric, substance, and psychosocial difficulties.
Harm reduction (SU) group
Our team speaks English and Spanish. Other languages are available via our translation phone service line.
