As a registered non-citizen voter, you have the right to:
- Vote in the November 5, 2024, San Francisco Board of Education Election.
- Get election information and ask about processes in your preferred language.
- Cast a secret ballot without anyone bothering you or trying to influence you.
- Drop off your vote-by-mail ballot at any local polling place or ballot drop box.
- Cast an in-person ballot if you visit any voting site before 8 p.m. on Election Day.
- Cast an in-person non-provisional ballot if your name is on the precinct roster.
- Cast an in-person provisional ballot if your name is not on the precinct roster.
- Ask another person to help you mark your ballot (except your employer or union representative).
- Get a new ballot if you have made a mistake (as long as you have not cast one yet).
- Report illegal, fraudulent, or intimidating election activity by calling (415) 554-4375 .
