Attend transgender, gender non-conforming & intersex (TGNCI) community events in San Francisco.

San Francisco Trans Day of Visibility

The International TDoV is an annual holiday celebrated on March 31 around the world. The day is dedicated to celebrating the accomplishments and victories of transgender & gender nonconforming people while raising awareness of the work that is still needed to save trans lives.

San Francisco Trans March

The mission of the SF Trans March is to inspire all trans and gender nonconforming people to realize a world where we are safe, loved, and empowered. The annual San Francisco Trans March is SF’s largest transgender Pride event and one of the largest trans events in the entire world. It is always the Friday of Pride weekend and thousands of people attend. The SF March is organized and run entirely by volunteers from the community.

San Francisco Transgender Day of Remembrance

TDoR occurs globally on the 20th of November. This day also acts to bring visibility and momentum to a call to action to end the hatred and ignorance that the transgender community faces daily.
