In-House Review building permit applications submitted through the application portal, will be assigned a permit application number and then reviewed for completeness. We will confirm that the application is complete and that all the required supporting documents have been included.
If the application is not complete, we will send you a letter like the sample below stating that your application is incomplete and will need to be resubmitted with additional information. This letter will clearly state what information is missing and needs to be included with your resubmission.
If the application is complete, we will email you a letter indicating that your application is complete and accepted.
