Renewing your WIC benefits

What you'll need to provide for the renewal appointment

Once a year, each individual participating in the WIC program will need to renew their account to continue receiving benefits.

During your WIC renewal appointment, the following documents will be needed:

  • Proof of identification
  • Proof of family income (most current)
  • Proof of address
  • Medi-Cal card (if available)
  • Height and weight (must be provided by a health care provider and dated within 60 days of WIC appointment)
  • Hemoglobin blood test result (must be provided by a health care provider and dated within 1 year of WIC appointment)

One week before your appointment, please send these documents to the email address provided in the text message you received.

You can check the WIC App to find information about your next appointment date and time under the “Appointments” section.  If you prefer an in-person appointment, please call the WIC office to select this option.

Don't have the app?  Download CA WIC App for iPhone or Download CA WIC App for Android
