Mayor's Budget Office

The Mayor’s Budget Office works closely with City departments and agencies to responsibly build and maintain a balanced budget for the City.

This Office is led by the Mayor's Budget Director, Anna Duning, and is supported by a Deputy Budget Director and Fiscal and Policy Analysts.

Other functions of the Office include:

• Providing the public with information about San Francisco's government financing 
• Publishing the Mayor's proposed budget through a publicly available Budget Book 
• Participating in the development and monitoring of performance measurement tools and government efficiency
