What you can sell at the Fulton Plaza Gift Gallery

If you want to apply to sell goods, learn what you're allowed to sell. 

What you can sell

Goods that are high-quality merchandise, collectibles, or handcrafted artisan works.

What you can't sell

  • Alcohol or tobacco products
  • Bicycles
  • Drug paraphernalia (accessories)
  • Electronic equipment, including TVs and CD/DVD players
  • Fireworks
  • Guns or ammunition
  • Household appliances
  • Live animals
  • Pornography
  • Self-defense products 
  • Stolen or counterfeit (bootleg) products
  • Tools that aren’t vintage (such as power tools and electronic tools)
  • Weapons (including toy weapons)

If you sell any of these goods, you could get suspended from selling at the market. Learn about violations

Getting approval

Market management must approve any goods you plan to sell.

When you apply to become a vendor at the Fulton Plaza Gift Gallery, list all of the goods you plan to sell on the Swap Meets, Flea Markets, or Special Events Certification form. We will review your list and let you know if we approve.

If you've already been approved but want to start selling something different, you need permission first. Call the Fulton Plaza Gift Gallery Hotline at 415-503-2053.
