About End Hep C SF
End Hep C SF is a collective impact initiative made up of over 150 community partners and 38 organizations that uses community wisdom and evidence-based practices to work toward hepatitis C (HCV) elimination in San Francisco. Community partners include individuals affected by HCV, healthcare and social service providers, community advocates, health department representatives, and other stakeholders and community members.
End Hep C SF’s Mission
To support all San Franciscans living with, and at risk for, hepatitis C to maximize their health and wellness. We achieve this through prevention, education, testing, treatment, and linkage to reduce morbidity, mortality, and stigma related to hepatitis C.
End Hep C SF’s Vision
End Hep C SF envisions a San Francisco where hepatitis C is no longer a public health threat, and hepatitis C related health inequities have been eliminated.
