DPH's contractors, community based organizations (CBO), and volunteers must take the annual Compliance and Privacy Training.
The training covers general principles of compliance, DPH Code of Conduct, fraud, waste, abuse, whistleblower, principles of privacy (including HIPAA), data sharing applicable regulations and how to report compliance, ethnics or privacy concerns. The post test must be completed with a 100% passing score answering all questions correctly. The confidentiality statement and Code of Conduct MUST be electronically signed in order to complete the training.
DPH and UCSF employees and students working at DPH sites SHOULD NOT take this training. DPH and USCF employees working at DPH sites should take the training through the Employee Portal.
