2024 NOFA for New Affordable Senior Rental Housing in Western Addition

NOFA Information

The Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD) is pleased to announce the release of this Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the pre-development of new affordable senior rental housing located in the Western Addition.

Up to $3 million will be available for applicants, with applications due on Friday, August 2 at 4:00pm (original due date: June 21)
