NOFA Information
The Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD) is pleased to announce the release of this Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the pre-development of new affordable family rental housing located on State-owned land.
Up to $5 million will be available for applicants, with applications due on Wednesday, June 26 at 4pm.
