What to do
1. Fill out a Financial Management Coaching Request Form
On the form, you will be required to tell us:
- Your nonprofit name and contact info
- Your funding department
- Why you want financial coaching
- How much staff time you can devote to coaching
- Any other helpful information
2. Email supporting documents
Email these documents with the subject line: “Coaching Request: name of nonprofit organization” to nonprofit.monitoring@sfgov.org:
- Most recent Monitoring Report Letter (if available)
- Most recent financial statements and, if available, most recent audit
- Current agency-wide budget
