- Sign-in registration required upon entry.
- You must have a working email address to apply for ACP.
Proof of eligibility
Bring one (1) of the following documentation, dated within the last six (6) months:
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), formerly known as Food Stamps
- Medicaid (NOT Medicare)
- Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA)
- Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
- Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance
- Head Start (only households meeting the income qualifying standard)
- Tribal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (Tribal TANF)
- Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations
- Lifeline Benefit
