    1. REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INCREASE IN LOSP ALLOCATIONS FOR JAZZIE COLLINS, CASA ADELANTE, MISSION BAY SOUTH BLOCK 9 AND 1064-1068 MISSION STREET

      Request for approval to increase Local Operating Subsidy Program (LOSP) allocations, to total $217,143,899, for four sites at Jazzie Collins (53 Colton Street) - $30,879,260; Casa Adelante: 681 Florida Street - $9,741,949; Mission Bay South Block 9 (410 China Basin Street) - $33,217,072; and 1064-1068 Mission Street - $213,305,618 (30-year term)

    2. REQUEST FOR PERMANENT FINANCING FOR 3225 24TH STREET

      Mission Economic Development Agency requests up to $2,424,498 in Small Sites Program (“SSP”) funding and up to $1,598,000 in Preservation and Seismic Safety (“PASS”) Program funding from the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development for the permanent financing of the property located at 3225 24th Street in the Mission neighborhood of San Francisco. The Project recently completed its acquisition and rehabilitation through the San Francisco Housing Accelerator Fund, completing a residential rehabilitation of the four studio units, a soft story retrofit, and the addition of two accessory dwelling units.
