The Subcommittee will discuss next steps to bringing Navigation Centers into the SMC bailiwick. Shall draft inspection forms be shared with Navigation Center management? Can the Committee attend their next monthly meeting? Would it be premature to consider taking complaints in January?

B. COMPANION ANIMALS
Chair Plunkett 15 minMembers will discuss what if any additional adjustments or recommendations regarding service and companion animals in the shelter system should be pursued. Are rules regarding animals currently posted in most shelters? Would it be fair to look for signage during inspections?
