Qué debe hacer
The Employee Relations Director makes decisions about which classes belong to bargaining units. Bargaining units that are in place as of the date of the Ordinance will stay unchanged unless changed by the Employee Relations Director. If the Director makes a new decision or decides to make a change to a current bargaining unit, and if an employee or labor union disagrees with the decision, within sixty (60) days from the date of the Director’s decision, a protest can be filed with the Civil Service Commission.
