The Subcommittee will discuss and vote on a draft resolution that calls on responsible city departments to improve data gathered on homelessness (e.g., the PIT count) to better address racial inequities.

The Subcommittee will decide whether to propose that SOC #3 be revised to require that warm water be available for showers at all shelters.
