How to download your documents
1. Login to the SF Business Portal
2. Click on “My Account” from the uppermost menu bar
3. Click on “My Files” from the list on the left
4. Click the “Download” button next to each file
5. Repeat for each file
The San Francisco Business Portal has been the City’s premier online business resource to help users easily navigate the steps to start, manage, and grow a business. We will continue to provide this valuable information to entrepreneurs and business owners as we shift the Business Portal information to sf.gov/OSB. Our new website will make it easier for you to get information and City services online.
