Members of the Our City, Our Home Oversight Committee will attend this meeting in-person. Members of the public are invited to observe the meeting in-person at City Hall or to watch live on SFGovTV: https://sfgovtv.org/sfgovtv-live-events
Public Comment will be taken before or during the Committee’s consideration of each agenda item. Speakers may address the Committee for up to two minutes.
Members of the public attending the meeting in person will have an opportunity to provide public comment on every item. The Our City, Our Home Oversight Committee will hear up to twenty (20) minutes of remote public comment on each agenda item. Because of the twenty (20) minute time limit, it is possible that not every person in the queue will have an opportunity to provide remote public comment. Remote public comment from people who have received an accommodation due to a disability will not count toward the 20-minute limit.

- Ramaytush Ohlone Land Acknowledgement:
- We acknowledge that we are on the unceded ancestral homeland of the Ramaytush Ohlone, who are the original inhabitants of the San Francisco Peninsula. As the indigenous stewards of this land and in accordance with their traditions, the Ramaytush Ohlone have never ceded, lost nor forgotten their responsibilities as the caretakers of this place, as well as for all peoples who reside in their traditional territory. As guests, we recognize that we benefit from living and working on their traditional homeland. We wish to pay our respects by acknowledging the ancestors, elders and relatives of the Ramaytush Community and by affirming their sovereign rights as First Peoples.

- Quorum Requirements and Possible Action to Amend Bylaws to Reduce Quorum
- Committee to discuss quorum rules with City Attorney’s Office, including discussing allowability of an amendment to the Committee’s bylaws to reduce quorum below the current definition.
- The Committee’s Deputy City Attorney appeared at the Committee’s April 25 meeting and answered the Committee’s questions regarding the definition of “quorum” and “majority” under state and local law. The Committee considered that advice and determined it could not amend the definition of ‘quorum.’ However, the Committee determined that it would amend the definition of a ‘majority’ when there are three or more vacant seats on the Committee.
