Open Air Markets

The City’s Real Estate Division runs 3 open air markets in San Francisco: the Alemany Farmers Market, Alemany Flea Market, and the UN Plaza Gift Gallery.

San Francisco is a leader in the farmers market movement. For almost 80 years our markets have brought people together as they shop for fresh produce, gifts, and delicious food.

The Open Air Markets initiative was created by the Real Estate Division and the Mayor's office. Our mission is to use public space in the City as room for everyone to shop, have fun, and connect with one another.
