Park Maintenance Evaluation: Highest and Lowest Scoring Parks

Highest and lowest park scores across the City from FY 2015-2024.

About the highest and lowest scoring parks

Exploring the top and bottom 10% of parks can show any differences in geography. RPD aims to have all residents have equal access to high quality parks.

Key takeaways for FY 2024

Highest and lowest scoring parks were relatively evenly distributed throughout the city. There were slightly more lowest scoring parks in the Southwest.

The top 10% of parks were all at 97% or above, while the lowest 10% ranged from 83% to 69%. This shows that more parks score very highly than score poorly.

On this page, we discuss the key takeaways for the most recent fiscal year. To explore prior fiscal year's data, use the drop-down menus on the visualizations.
