Functions and Activities

CDTA Program Managers help service providers navigate the contract development process at DPH.  We provide non-technical assistance, field and answer questions, and make referrals to other units on contract related issues.  These units include Systems of Care, Budget, Fiscal/Cost Report, Business Office of Contract Compliance, and Office of Contract Management and Compliance.
