1. Fill out a form
Tell us about your complaint.
We will need:
- A description of the complaint
- The incident date and time
We will also ask for additional optional information. Provide as much information as you can to assist with investigating and addressing the complaint:
- Taxi company
- Cab number
- Driver name
- Driver badge number
- Driver physical description
- Vehicle description
- Start and end points of the trip route
2. Track your case
After you report, you will get a tracking number from 311. You can use this number, and your email address if provided, to track your case online.
