Report complaints with San Francisco taxi services including no shows, accidents, overcharging, and unsafe driving

What to do

1. Fill out a form

Tell us about your complaint. 

We will need:

  • A description of the complaint
  • The incident date and time

We will also ask for additional optional information. Provide as much information as you can to assist with investigating and addressing the complaint:

  • Taxi company
  • Cab number
  • Driver name
  • Driver badge number
  • Driver physical description
  • Vehicle description
  • Start and end points of the trip route

2. Track your case

After you report, you will get a tracking number from 311. You can use this number, and your email address if provided, to track your case online.
