Funding in the FY22-24 budgets:
•	$4M in budget for senior operating subsidies
•	$300K to LAFCO for Municipal Housing Feasibility Study
•	$500K ($250,000/year) to MOHCD for nonprofits to conduct outreach, technical support, capacity building for limited-equity and HUD subsidized co-op boards and residents
•	$500K ($250,000/year) to MOHCD for public housing outreach, resident council capacity building, and strengthening network of public housing tenants citywide
•	$400K to MOHCD for nonprofit to increase COPA capacity and to scale the land trust and co-op model in SF.
