Small business spotlight

Chicago Barber Shop is one of the longest running barber shops in the City and one of the last Black-owned businesses on Divisadero. When the pandemic forced his business to close, owner Rob Harlin used the time to make renovations. SF Shines reimbursed Harlin for his new, easier to clean flooring.
