People who are eligible are 16 years and older, who live or work in SF. However, SFSU may not have vaccines for people under 18 (Pfizer).
You do not need insurance to book an appointment.
Open Wednesdays and Thursdays, 8 am to 4 pm.
Book a first-dose appointment at San Francisco State University. If you need to book a second dose at SFSU, book a second-dose appointment.
The SFSU vaccine site is operated by Safeway Pharmacy.

Parking
Park in the blocked off area on Font Boulevard for your appointment.
If you are parked in a San Francisco State University parking lot and garage, parking rules will be enforced. Please refer to signage in the area for parking permit instructions and how to get one.
Accessibility
Check-in is on the first floor. The site is wheelchair accessible.
Ride Paratransit for free, to and from your appointment. Paratransit SF Access van riders must call to make a trip reservation. Tell the operator that you are going to get a vaccine. Paratransit taxi riders will have $60 loaded onto their taxi debit card. The funds are valid for up to 6 months. See the SFMTA website for more information.
Public transportation
Ride Muni or Paratransit for free, to and from your appointment
On Muni, show your vaccine card or proof of your appointment. You can also show an email confirmation or a photo of your card. See SF guidance on traveling on public transit.
Scarves, ski masks, balaclavas, or bandanas are not allowed on any public transportation (or waiting for it). See SF guidance on traveling on public transit.
Via BART
Disembark at the Daly City BART station and use Muni bus route 28.
Via SFMTA
Served by the following Muni lines:
- 28 19th Ave
- 29 Sunset
- M Ocean View Bus
For all 3 lines, use the 19th and Holloway/SFSU stop and walk through the campus (about a 10-minute walk).
