The Mayor's Office of Finance prepares and submits a balanced city budget in June of each year.
The Mayor's Office of Finance is comprised of the Mayor's Budget Director, Deputy Budget Director, Fiscal Analysts, and Fiscal Assistants.
Other functions of the Office of Finance include:
- Providing the public with information about complex financial issues and information about government operations
- Participating in the development and monitoring of performance measurement tools and government efficiency
