      Discussion to amend the Advisory Board bylaws to reduce quorum requirement for the membership and committees.

      Review of the JUSTIS 5-year modernization roadmap tasks, progress and milestones. Provide future vision to establish best data practices and what agencies can do to help with data collection and sharing.

    7. Introduction of Rohit Gupta, CTO Enterprise Applications

      JUSTIS Division has been appointed to lead the JUSTIS Program along with co-program managers, Kevin Ling and Carlo van Veggel. Rohit will speak to his experience and background.

    8. JUSTIS program status & next actions
      • Status update of JUSTIS Q3 production system workplan accomplishments and progress on tasks. Update council on performance improvements made to increase processing speed in the last quarter.
      • Status update of the Data Center of Excellence Q3 activities and accomplishments, preview of Q4 next steps and tasks, and presentation of FY23/24 workplan tasks.
    9. Advisory committee workplan updates
      • Data & Architecture updates on FY22/23 workplan accomplishments and initiation of FY23/24 goals to define data governance, develop inter-agency data sharing strategy, and build a modern data infrastructure in line with the 5-year roadmap and the plan the accomplish the initiatives.
      • Performance & Strategy – No Updates. The committee last met November 22 and reported at the December 6 JUSTIS Executive council meeting that work it is continuing work on cross-system benefit, recidivism, and well-being.

    • Due to the COVID-19 health emergency and to protect Board Members, City employees and the public, the Board of Supervisors Legislative Chamber and Committee Room are closed. However, Members will be participating in the meeting remotely.

    • This precaution is taken pursuant to the various local, state and federal orders, declarations and directives. Committee members will attend the meeting through videoconference and participate in the meeting to the same extent as if they were physically present.

    • General Public comment will be available and for items to be Approved. Each speaker will be allowed 2 minutes to speak. Comments or opportunities to speak during the public comment period are shown on the agenda and call-in instructions are at the top of the agenda.

    • When connected you will hear the meeting discussions, but you will be muted and in listening mode only.

    • When your item of interest comes up, dial *5 to raise your hand to be added to the queue to speak. After they are given permission to speak, they can press *6 to unmute yourself. Best practices are to call from a quiet location, speak clearly and slowly, and turn down your television or radio.
