    • Due to the COVID-19 health emergency and to protect Board Members, City employees and the public, the Board of Supervisors Legislative Chamber and Committee Room are closed. However, Members will be participating in the meeting remotely.

    • This precaution is taken pursuant to the various local, state and federal orders, declarations and directives. Committee members will attend the meeting through videoconference and participate in the meeting to the same extent as if they were physically present.

    • General Public comment will be available and for items to be Approved. Each speaker will be allowed 2 minutes to speak. Comments or opportunities to speak during the public comment period are shown on the agenda and call-in instructions are at the top of the agenda.

    • When connected you will hear the meeting discussions, but you will be muted and in listening mode only.

    • When your item of interest comes up, dial *5 to raise your hand to be added to the queue to speak. After they are given permission to speak, they can press *6 to unmute yourself. Best practices are to call from a quiet location, speak clearly and slowly, and turn down your television or radio.

    • Alternatively, you may submit written public comment in either of the following ways: Email to the DT Service Desk at dtis.helpdesk@sfgov.org and title your email Question to JUSTIS Executive. If you submit Public comment via email, it will be forwarded to the JUSTIS Program Manager and will be included as part of the meeting file.

    Government’s duty is to serve the public, reaching its decisions in full view of the public. Commissions, boards, councils and other agencies of the City and County exist to conduct the people’s business. This ordinance assures that deliberations are conducted before the people and that City operations are open to the people’s review.
