Must Have: a minimum 18 years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, pass a background check, pass a dispatch aptitude test (Ability to type 40 words per minute), and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Work hours
- You will be required to work multiple shifts, including nights and weekends.
- You will be required to work holidays after training is completed.
- Work hours are determined by seniority.
- May be required to work voluntary and mandatory overtime.
What happens after I apply
- You will receive a link to complete a computer exam.
- You will need to complete this at-home exam within a week of receiving the link.
- Make sure you read the emailed instructions carefully.
- In-person accommodation is available for this step.

- If you pass the exam, you will be asked to fill out a personal history statement, and submit supplemental documents prior to starting the background investigation.

- You will be required to take a polygraph test.
- Upon passing the polygraph, you will be guided to start a background investigation.
- You will then be asked to participate in an oral interview to assess job-related fitness.
- You will need to take a psychological test, as well as a medical exam.
Please bear in mind the entire recruitment process can take anywhere from 6 - 9 months
