Request translation or interpretation
- All documents can be translated into Spanish, Chinese, or Filipino. If you are attending a DCYF event or meeting, you can request an interpreter. Learn more about language access and rights.

Request public records
- We are committed to providing members of the public their full rights to access public records. We follow the ten-day response period outlined in Sec. 67.21.(b) of the San Francisco Sunshine Ordinance.

Personal information provided to DCYF can be released through San Francisco Sunshine Ordinance information requests. If an information request is made to DCYF, personal information in any written communications you submit will not be removed, and can be made available for the public to inspect and copy. This means that personal information--including your name, phone number, address, email address, and similar information--may appear on our website or in public documents. You are not required to provide personal identifying information when communicating with us.
