We provide a final administrative review process for appeals on a range of City determinations. Please contact the Board Office to determine if a permit or determination can be appealed. The Chart of Appealable Determinations can be found in the Resources link at the bottom of this page.

    As a quasi-judicial body, we provide a final review process for a wide range of City permitting. We aim to provide an efficient, fair and expeditious review of the City's permit issuance process before an impartial panel.

    The City Charter of 1932 created the Board of Appeals.
