Neighborhood Outbreak Control Status and Date of Last Case

Neighborhoods are on Yellow Level for ten days after a staff or resident COVID-19 case. One case can impact many neighborhoods. Green Level means no new cases within the last two weeks. Red Level means there is at least one COVID-positive resident in the COVID unit. The Yellow Level response includes a contact investigation and increased testing, surveillance, and infection prevention and control measures.
