Check the list of what you’re allowed to sell

Make sure you have a valid ID

3 to 4 weeks after applying

You need to have one of the following:

  • California driver’s license
  • California Identification Card
  • Other government ID

Get a California ID

Provide Certified Producer's Certificate from Issuing County

Cost:

Time:

Usually 10 to 15 days after submitting your application

You also need this certificate. Plan ahead, because it may take a few weeks.

Your application has to include:

  • A copy of your legal ID
  • Embossed Certified Producer's Certificate from Issuing County
