Report issues connecting to or using public wireless internet provided by the City

What to do

1. Fill out a form

We will need:

  • The location you are trying to access public wireless internet from
  • A description of the problem you're experiencing

Include additional information such as the wireless network name to assist with investigation. 

2. Track your case

After you report, you will get a tracking number from 311. You can use this number, and your email address if provided, to track your case online.
