1. Fill out a form
We will need:
- The location you are trying to access public wireless internet from
- A description of the problem you're experiencing
Include additional information such as the wireless network name to assist with investigation.
2. Track your case
After you report, you will get a tracking number from 311. You can use this number, and your email address if provided, to track your case online.
