Leonard Poggio

Lt. Leonard Poggio was appointed to the Law Enforcement Representative seat for the Entertainment Commission in April 2024. Lt. Poggio was born, raised and currently lives in San Francisco. He earned a Master of Public Administration degree from Marist College (NY) and a Bachelor of Public Administration degree from the University of San Francisco. He joined the San Francisco Police Department in 2002 and currently serves as a Lieutenant. He is passionate about making San Francisco a safe place for all people to live, visit, and enjoy. He is dedicated to cultivating relationships between our diverse community and small businesses, while preserving their safety and success.
