► (2023 Update): Flexibility for the annual tuberculosis (TB) test requirement information on ZSFG campus, please click here. 

  • OHS will continue offering annual TST/PPD skin test to any employee who requests it regardless which department you work on ZSFG campus.

 

► For existing employees' annual TB surveillance, TB Skin Testing (TST) / Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) Test is offered daily, except on Thursdays and City/County/National Holidays.

 

► For all DPH new hires, a QuantiFERON or QFT blood test is used for TB surveillance requirement (2/2024 update).

 

► TB Drop-in service ends at 3PM, daily.

 

► You can fill out ZSFG TB Surveillance Form before you come in for TST/PPD test to save time.
