Citywide Affordable Housing Loan Committee meeting November 18, 2022

Chinatown Community Development Center (CCDC) requests a 36-month bridge loan of up to $7,428,5685 in Small Sites Program funding for 1535 Jackson Street, a 30-unit building with 29 single room occupancy units and one one-bedroom unit. This bridge loan will address pandemic-related challenges that have impacted the financing structure as originally conceived at SFHAF acquisition.
