    1. REQUEST FOR PERMANENT FINANCING FOR 3661 19TH STREET

      Mission Economic Development Agency requests up to $6,800,000 in Small Sites Program funding and $3,100,000 in Preservation and Seismic Safety Program funding from the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development for the permanent financing of the property located at 3661 19th Street in the Mission Dolores neighborhood of San Francisco. MOHCD permanent financing will fund the acquisition, rehabilitation, and permanent conversion of the building to a 100% affordable housing Small Site. The Project has 12 two-bedroom residential units and houses vulnerable and long-time San Francisco residents that are at risk of displacement due to a no-fault Ellis Act eviction.

    2. REQUEST FOR GAP FINANCING FOR 240 VAN NESS

      Request for final gap loan commitment for The Kelsey Civic Center (240 Van Ness) - Mercy Housing CA (MHC) and The Kelsey, co-sponsors through The Kelsey Civic Center, L.P., request $23,684,459, in gap financing and a $1,000,000 AHP bridge loan for The Kelsey Civic Center, a 112-unit new construction affordable housing development. The project will include 28 units reserved for people with disabilities who use home and community-based services, and the balance of the remaining 82 units will be for households with incomes ranging between 50% and 80% MOHCD AMI.
