- Surveillance Technology Policy: War Memorial Third-Party Camera (Action Item)
Section 19B of the City & County of San Francisco’s Administrative Code requires all departments with surveillance technologies to develop a Surveillance Impact Report and Surveillance Technology Policy for their ongoing authorized use. Each Surveillance Technology Policy must be approved by COIT before they are reviewed by the Board of Supervisors.
The War Memorial Department will present their Third-Party Camera Technology Policy and Impact Report for review.

The Public Library will present their Sensource People Counters Technology Policy and Impact Report for review.
- Surveillance Technology Policy: MTA Security Cameras in Taxi Cab (Action Item)
The Municipal Transportation Agency will present their Security Cameras in Taxi Cab Technology Policy and Impact Report for review.
- Surveillance Technology Policy: Police Department Non-City Entity Cameras (Action Item)
The San Francisco Police Department will present their Non-City Entity Camera Technology Policy and Impact Report for review.
- FY 2022-23 & FY 2023-24 Budget Recommendations (Action Item)
Review the COIT Budget & Performance Subcommittee budget recommendations for IT projects submitted to COIT.

San Francisco Administrative Code §67.9(a) Agendas of meetings and any other documents on file with the clerk of the policy body, when intended for distribution to all, or a majority of all, of the members of a policy body in connection with a matter anticipated for discussion or consideration at a public meeting shall be made available to the public. To the extent possible, such documents shall also be made available through the policy body's Internet site. However, this disclosure need not include any material exempt from public disclosure under this ordinance.
