Payment and billing

  • Payment in full is expected at the time of service: VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX or Cash. Sorry, no personal checks are accepted.
  • We are currently unable to bill insurance for your visit. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • As always you will receive an itemized receipt at your visit, which you can submit to your insurer.
  • Medicare beneficiaries are welcome to visit AITC and pay our regular fees at the time of service. AITC has “opted out” and is not a Medicare provider.

Visit fees

Travel health visit — $70
Fee (per each traveler) for initial clinic visit for an international trip. Includes medical review, recommendations for vaccines and preventive care, plus prescription for travel meds if needed. Cost of vaccines are additional.

Non-travel-related clinic visit — $0
No visit fee for non-travel-related clinic visits for vaccines, TB tests, or blood tests. Clients pay just the cost of vaccines or tests.

Vaccines For Adults (VFA) Program

Who qualifies: See this information sheet

  • Adults 19 years of age and older may receive VFA vaccines if they are:
    • Uninsured – no public or private health insurance coverage
    • Underinsured – health insurance does not cover some or all VFA vaccines.

*Cost: If you qualify, the vaccine(s) are free.  $26 administration fee (can be waived for patients who are unable to pay).

Who qualifies:

Persons aged 6 months and older, with priority given to persons who have trouble paying for vaccination and/or are uninsured. 

Cost: If you qualify, the vaccine(s) are free. No fee for vaccine administration.  Vaccine included:

Regular flu vaccine only (does not include High Dose vaccine) 

MPOX vaccine (JYNNEOS)- while supplies last
