Hindi kinakailangan ng publiko na magbigay ng pampersonal na impormasyon ng pagkakakilanlan kung sila’y makikipag-ugnayan sa Task Force para sa Muling Pagdidistrito. Magiging bukas sa pampublikong pagsisiyasat at pagkopya ang lahat ng kasulatan o personal na pakikipag-ugnayan tungkol sa mga pagdinig na isinumite ng mga miyembro ng publiko sa Task Force para sa Muling Pagdidistrito. Hindi sasailalim sa redaction (pagbubura o pagtatakip ng impormasyon) ang alinman sa mga impormasyon sa mga isinumiteng komunikasyon. Ibig sabihin nito na maaaring ipakita sa website ng Task Force para sa Muling Pagdidistrito o sa ibang pampublikong mga dokumento na maaaring siyasatin at kopyahin ng madla ang lahat ng pampersonal na impormasyon tulad ng mga pangalan, numero ng telepono, mga address at katulad na impormasyon na piniling isumite ng publiko sa Task Force para sa Muling Pagdidistrito.
